As The Death God Dictates
Ayumi is a 16 years old girl who has a crush on her classmate, Musashi. One day, the God of Death appears before her, and announces that she has only one month left to live. Will she die after one month?
Personal comment:
This manga went straight to my heart. I enjoy the artist's work itself, and after finding other great arts of the mangaka I finally found this one.
The story is mostly about love. The way Ayumi loves Musashi more than anything.
When she sees the God of Death (something nobody should be able to do), she understand she is going to die.
First, she tries to protect Musashi from her sad fate, but crazy with her love for him, she confesses to him. They become a couple as he also confesses his eternal love for her.
The cards soon changes as the Death God falls for the human girl as well, and sick with jealousy he threatens Musashi and tries to take Ayumi. Together Ayumi and Musashi try to protect themselves from death, but will Ayumi survive even when the Death God insist to make her his?
The pure emotions of the Death God are eventually crushed as he understand that her love will never be his. His heart changes in other directions.
This drama of love with death on the line, is a heartthrobing journey where one can never be sure of the outcome. As the Death God eventually fights for Ayumi's life as well, what will happen to them? Who shall be the one to bow to faith? And will there be a happy ending when the clock finally ticks to a halt...

B.O.D.Y
Sakura Ryouko,16 years old, always thinks of Fuji Ryuunosuke, who sits next to her in class. Everyone thinks she has strange taste but Ryouko finds his aloofness and seriously hard-line personality unbearably fascinating the truth is....HE'S A HOST!
Personal comments:
I enjoyed reading this manga very much. We learn to understand both of our main-characters while reading about their struggles. After Sakura and Fuji's first meating, she soon understands that he is indeed a Host.
She dislikes it, but she has already, unwillingly, captured the affection of the handsom boy. As Fuji fights to win Sakura's heart, and Sakura struggles not to let the handsom boy's charm overwhelm her, they both have to keep his occupation hidden, for both of their safety.
She dislikes him being a host, but is it his own will to keep up the life he's got? Will she fall for his tricks and charm, and understand the pure heart that is within?

Beast Master
Yuiko Kubozuka
A 17-year-old girl who loves animals, though they are fearful of her because of her overly-loving approach to them. She is easy going and well-liked by her peers. One day she meets Leo Aoi, when she chases her cat up the tree once again (because of her overly adoring nature) and he saves it. Almost immediately the two develop a close relationship, mainly because of the fact that she is the only person who is not scared of him. She accepts Leo's secret and becomes the only person able to tame him. She soon comes to love him. In school she is known as the beast master.
Leo Aoi
A 17 going on 18-year-old boy whose sharp eyes resemble those of a beast. Despite his looks, he is cute and childish. He cares deeply for Yuiko as she is his first friend, and not to soon after, falls in love with her. When Leo sees blood, his animalistic alter-ego emerges. In these moments, Yuiko is the only person able to stop him without resorting to tranquilizer darts. Leo is clueless about many things because he has been living in remote locations most of his life. He is forced to move around because of threatening relatives who want the large inheritance he is revealed to have later in the series. His father arrives to move him shortly after an attack by one of his relatives but, instead of running, he comes back to Yuiko. They share their first kiss.
Personal comments;
The drawings themselves are beautiful, it captures blood-dread moments in a terrifying yet beautiful and somehow funny way.
Although the blood and dread might seem awful, the manga is incredibly funny. We watch as poor Leo wanders into a troublesome world of High School, and love his relationship with Yuiko.
And also Yuiko appears funny, as the animals flee her all too loving attention.
One can't not love Leo Aoi, as he is a cute and honnest young lad, but one can also not fear his dreaded look once confronted (past this one can fall for him once again, as he is a boy with great courage; willing to strike a leopard for his girl).
I like the manga because of this innocent boy that nobody understands. I enjoy to read as Yuiko becomes his friend, and owns no fear of him. Which I believe is true love, but will Yuiko admit her affection?
